Zusammenfassung des Gesprächs

1. zuerst ging es um Kinderponos, dass LL die Meldungen ignoriert hat.

2. Robin Linden wies am Anfang drauf hin, dass dies kein Informationsmeeting ist.
Sie gab ihre Mailadrewsse bekannt: Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! JavaScript muss aktiviert werden, damit sie angezeigt werden kann.
Und sagte, dass sie bereit ist über alles zu dikutieren das die Anwesenden wollen.

3. Es wurde gefragt warum LL nicht 2 Monate vorher über die Erhöhung gesprochen wurde.
Antwort: weil sie es da noch nicht wussten
eine heftige Diskusion mit vielen Zwischenrufen wie zum Beispiel:
"es kann nicht sein, dass es über Nacht so ist."
Antwort war: das LL mit Steuerberatern gesprochen habe und sie entschuldigt sich, dass die Mitteilung nicht früher raus ging

4. die Frage wann LL damit began VAT an die EU abzuführen, konnte sie nicht beantworten.
Irgendwann sagte sie deutlich, dass dies kein Meeting rund um Steuern sei, da sie kein Finanzexperte ist.
Sie sagte aber, dass sie sieht, dass es eine Menge Fragen gibt. Und sie wird sich bemühen etwas zu machen.
Sie hat angeboten im Blog zu informieren ob die kommende Woche ein Meeting zu diesem Thema stattfinden kann!!!

5. es wurde gefragt : "was denkst du wieviele EU-User das System verlassen"

Keine Antwort..
es war auch ein rechter Durcheinander
darum schlug Robin vor, dass alle Ihr die Fragen geben damit sie sich auf das Meeting in der kommenden Woche vorbereiten kann.

6. es wurde gefragt ob bei ebay nur Betrüger L$ verkaufen, sie antwortete mit : nicht alle sind dort Betrüger.

7. auf die Frage ob sie die Fragen per IM haben möchte, antwortete sie: oder tippe sie hier rein, ich kopiere sie aus dem Chatlog.
Es gab Beschwerden, dass die Fragen und Tickets im SL-eigenen Forum unbeantwortet blieben wenn es um das Thema VAT geht.
Sie gab an, dass sie bei diesem Meeting angeben wird warum sie die VAT einführen mussten.

8. es wurde gefragt ob Geschäftsinhaber eine volle Rückerstattung bekommen wenn sie nicht im stande sind den höheren Beitrag zu zahlen.
Natürlich antwortete Robin darauf: nein das können wir nicht tun.

9. es wurde gefragt ob sie erklären kann weshalb die VAT ab dem 27. Sep. fällig wurde und da die Tier-Zahlungen im vorraus fällig sind, wie es sich damit verhält.
Robin will es prüfen.
Ebenso antwortete sie auf die Frage nach der einmonatigen Vorlaufzeit.

10. es wurde vorgeschlagen, dass Europäer nur europäische Sims kaufen.. sie antwortete: Ist das was du wirklich willst?

11. sie wurde gefragt warum nur die Europäer besteuert werden, da es sehr viele andere Länder gibt die Steuer haben.

Antwort: wir „zielten“ nicht auf Europäer. Es gibt ein Gesetz, das wir befolgen mußten. In den US haben wir Steuern, aber sie treffen nicht auf on-line-Geschäft in der gleichen Weise zu.
( Anmerkung von PIjay : ich denke hier könnten wir einhaken, denn die sollen die US Steuern abziehen und dass MwSt fordern, aber später erklärt Robin, dass die US Preise keinerlei Steuern beinhalten.)

12. dann ist sie auf die Währungen los: dass sie für das britische Pfung 2 US$ zahlen muss und für den Euro 1.40$. Und sie fragte in diesem Zusammenhang ob die US Bürger benachteiligt werden sollen
( Anmerkung von Pijay: von Währungsumtausch hat die keine Ahnung)

13. Robin spricht darüber, dass sie nur Gesetze befolgen wollen die bestimmen, das Steuer zu zahlen ist, weiter hofft sie, dass die Europäer nicht SL verlassen.
Sie beschreibt , dass alle SL-Server in USA gehostet sind.

Robin beschreibt, dass sie darüber reden dass die Fees auch mit L$ bezahlt werden können
( Anmerkung von Pijay : das finde ich eine hervorragende Idee, denn damit hat man keine Umtauschverluste mehr)

Su fragte warum die US Bürger keine Steuer zahlen.
Antwort: Weil die amerikanische Steuer nicht auf unseren Service zutrifft.

14. sie wurde gefragt ob sie weiß dass in Europa unterschiedliche Steuersätze sind.
Robin antwortete, dass LL die Steuern nach dem jeweiligen Landessatz berechnet.

(Anmerkung von Pijay:
hier sollte man nachfragen wie LL denn das Land der Leute rausbekommt.)

15. Robin wúrde gefragt ob es sehr eilig war die Steuern ein zu beziehen und weshalb keine Information rausging.
Robin antwortete: Weil die die Mail nicht bekam,die ich mir wünschte.

16. sie wurde gefragt nach der Steuernummer von LL und die antwortete, dass man die auf der Internetseite finden kann.

17. als Su sich beschwerte, dass es keine korrekten Rechnungen gibt, sagte Robin, dass sie dieses Anliegen der Finanzabteilung übergeben wird.

18. sie wurde gefragt wie wir user sicher gehen können das die Steuer nach Europa zurückfliest.
Sie antwortere: da kannst du sicher sein, denn sonst würden wir ins Gefängnis müssen.

zum Schluss sagte Robin noch, dass sie versucht einen Steuerberater zum Meeting in der Kommenden Woche mit zu bringen.
